THE FANTASIST

• First off, I did not win the Rhysling Award that I was nominated for (“Family Jaunt” in Niteblade Magazine), in the catagory of Long Form Poem; However, neither did Neil Gaiman, so that makes me feel better. The Poems that did win were more deserving anyhow and the one in my category, In The Astronaut Asylum , is particularly wonderful.
• Secondly, Fejogep, my graphic novel mini-series about the mother/son gypsy duo of killers with a symbiotic vampire automobile is still due to be released in the Swedish/French language markets (I hold on the the English and all other rights, future publishers…) by Albumforlaget, and is still being illustrated (painfully slowly, but wonderfully) by the genius Christoffer Saar.

• My short story The Stain of the Psychopomp King, in the Dark Pages Anthology is available at Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble and other fine retailers all around the world, in both e-book and the paper kind of book. I urge you to buy a copy, so I can make my 12 cents, and eventually buy a monkey army.
• I have been doing some more voice-acting work for Colonial Radio Theater, most recently on the new joint project between CRT and Bluewater Comics (my favorite new comic publishers) in their newest show, Vincent Price Presents . I urge you to listen on Sirius/Xm whenever you can. Also, stayed tuned for further news on this front, as CRT/Bluewater have some great work coming down the pike.
